The Price Was Not Worth the Experience…
So I was initially really happy to have a consult with dr Rochira! I mean the consult I had was okay. I had done a lot of research and knew what I wanted but this being my first surgery I can’t of known everything and I’m bound to have a lot of questions. So during the consult I was told from him that he would be going ahead with my surgery. YAY!! I mean I took a week off work for this consultation so I’m was glad it’s going ahead.
After the consult(1 day later)I felt like I had something else I wanted to say/ask. So I did this via his instagram and in the meanwhile I’m getting emails about the confirmation and of course the price… £8000? Well this price was okay( I told myself)because I thought I would be in good hands and it’s in the uk so even better.
Well later that day after the confirmation emails etc I get an email telling me dr rochira sees me as no longer “ideal fit for surgery”. Of course I’m upset so I want answers as to why this is happened? They did not give me any reason as to why I wasn’t ideal…
I felt very miss lead and mistreated….
Anyway, to anyone reading this, I have had a surgery(rhinoplasty)which I love- I went to turkey. You may have great experience with this surgeon but iff your not exactly the most well off person you can get a lot of profesional surgeons else where for much much cheaper :)
The reason I decided to leave this review was because I saw his instagram post talking about the importance of consultations and how even on your second one which you get for free that you even get a simulation of your potential nose. Well…. Dr rochira did not say that this would be the case for me at all, apparently they don’t do this simulation…
Moral of the story sometimes £8000 doesn’t get you a lot..
