WORTH IT
I’m glad i chose this place for my surgery. For one, the staff are very nice and helpful (I was able to get an english translator! Which helped a lot!) The place is very clean and organized as well, very professional! My consultation went great! The doctor answered all my questions and knew exactly what I wanted! I didn’t even need to ask that many questions because he answered them all for me before I can even ask. The english translator was also extremely helpful, she was very kind, and took her time to help me. I did a lot of my research beforehand so I didn’t really have a lot questions for the doctor and I was very confident with doing my surgery with him! Overall my experience pre-op went great!

Rhinoplasty 2nd/4th week update
destxnyleeDecember 6, 2023
It’s been 4 weeks since my rhinoplasty! After surgery I felt no pain whatsoever, NOT UNTIL I had to go to sleep… My first night was so rough, I couldn’t sleep and my face was puffing up so much.Other than that, the pain was a 2/10, I felt more uncomfortable because I couldn’t stop my snot from coming out and my face felt frozen. I was very excited to take off my cast! Once my cast was removed though, i wasn’t too happy with the result. My nose was so swollen and looked so different :( it was for sure something I would have to get use to. Although, my doctor informed me that it can take months and even a year or two for my nose to completely swell down, soo I will be patient and hope for the best! Once it hit the two week mark, the swelling around my face has gone down (i didn’t get much bruising, my face was just really puffy), my face still felt pretty “frozen” (my nose didn’t move naturally with face, so i looked kinda scary haha), and looked really big. My nose is really big honestly!! But i trust the process!! By my 4th week, my nose is kinda moving naturally with my face, still doesn’t feel like my nose yet, i haven’t had any issues breathing, swelling hasn’t gone down yet, and my nose still big haha. Overall i’m still happy that i went to bruan for my rhinoplasty, i feel more confident with my new nose and eager to see how my nose looks after the swelling has gone down! Thank you to my doctor and all nurses that have been so helpful and nice to me!

Rhinoplasty 1 month!
destxnyleeDecember 15, 2023
It is finally my 1 month! My nose has swelled down a bit from the front, but it’s still noticeable pointy from the side view. I’m happy with the results and eager to see what it looks like after a year! I hadn’t had any issues breathing (and to be honest I felt like my breathing got even better after the rhinoplasty, which amazes me) and the scars are still there, but not too noticeable. There’s still a slight discomfort if I accidentally hit my nose (mostly my nose tip), but everywhere else feels fine, no discomfort whatsoever. The swelling has come down a lot more (except the nose tip), but the tip of my nose still feels very hard and looks very pointy. Overall I still function normally, which is great :D. During my 2nd-4th week, I was pretty scared that my nose was going to look big and pointy forever (due to the swelling), but once I hit my 1 month, I could see that some parts of my nose slightly swelled down. The Braun staff has been so helpful to me the whole time and I appreciate that.
