An incredibly positive experience. Mr East and his team are very kind and professional and deliver incredible results. I suffer from claustrophobia, so initially, I was very hesitant to undertake the surgery. However, my fears proved irrelevant as the whole process was exactly as it had been explained to me, and I sailed through. I can thoroughly recommend Mr East and his team, as I can breathe properly for the first time and have a lovely straight pretty nose too!
