Poor Results, Lack of Care

Lack of concerns and communication from the doctor and staff. Dr. Harbison didn’t care about my dissatisfaction and didn’t want even to see any pictures of his art. I spoke to his nurse about my concerns, and they scheduled me several months ahead but at the day of my virtual visit it was omitted for unknown reason. No post-op care at all! It has been a year since surgery, but my nose is still uneven on the sides, one side looks flat vs the other with flapping tissue in one of my nostrils. Stitches are pulling the skin from my cheeks, indicating inferior, sloppy work. Cheap brow lift result, brows are not level, creases weren’t removed and now I have small bag of skin formed above my eyebrow that wasn’t there before. I understand that surgical results may not always be perfect, but his carelessness yells about an unprofessional doctor’s attitude! Unfair for people. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t suggest him to anyone. I hope you find a quality surgeon, so you don’t have to deal with what I’m dealing with. The anesthesia medicine made me extremely sick after surgery.
