From my very first consultation, I knew this plastic surgery hospital was something special. After months of clear, kind guidance over WhatsApp, I finally met the coordinator in person on day one. She was just as warm and patient, acting as a translator, and then another consultant joined us—an expert in matching patients to the right surgeon. She was stunning and a perfect representative of the hospital’s care. Also, the consultant was open about her experience with procedures and looks wonderful. Having guidance from people who are genuine and good looking is incredibly reassuring! When the doctor arrived, he was direct, realistic, and incredibly knowledgeable. We looked at photos, discussed my anatomy, and he laid out exactly what would suit me, and where my natural limitations were. I never felt pressured; he just gave me a realistic plan. By the time we finalized everything, I was completely sure he was the surgeon for me.
On the surgery day, though, we ran into a big stress. That morning, a foreign banking issue popped up, and it was the day itself that the funds got tangled. But the hospital team remained so understanding. They stayed patient, helped me navigate the wire transfer despite the pressure, and never once made me feel judged. Then, another testament to their ethics: during my health check, also that same day, an irregularity appeared on the EKG. The team didn’t hesitate. they arranged for me to visit an external clinic, even organizing a luxury taxi for both the visit and the follow-up. The consultant came with me, staying by my side, always reassuring, and the external doctor was just as warm, speaking perfect English so that nothing was lost in translation. After that, the surgery itself went smoothly. Recovery was quick minimal pain…and just a few days later, I was living normally again. Each step of post-op care was so generous. Included unlimited red light therapy and other special treatment sessions. I was simply directed to just text to book a appointmentwhen I wanted at no additional cost. When my plans changed last min and I wanted to skip a session or go later, this wasn't an issue. Every day, the results get better, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team for their skill, ethics, and care.
