I stupidly wrote my initial review without seeing the full results, 6 and half months after my surgery I am devastated at how much volume was taken out of the side and length of my nose after shrinking back and it is still shrinking to my horror. I specifically said that I have a big face and so a little nose will not suit me, I said I liked my nose from the front profile and only wanted the bump smoothed out from my side profile which does now looks good from the full side angle only - but the front its exactly what I was dreading- looking like a middle eastern woman with a hacked off nose who looks like she is trying to have a little English nose which on a big face with my big features like mine is my worst nightmare coming true. Yes, you need to re-balance the tip and sides when taking out a bump BUT my nose looked stunning from the front and sides up till about 3-4 months post surgery which proves that if the surgeon had taken out less in these areas as I had repeatedly specified orally and in writing it would have been all correct to take out less in these areas. So this a bodge, waste of 8 grand, battered my health, I couldn't breathe the night of my surgery, I have deep ridges in my nails.

Here's the worst part I should of known not to trust him when I travelled in total 1 and half for each of my 2 consultations he throws you out after 35 minutes, he doesn't listen to what you want he is so arrogant he thinks you are going to like what he is going to do anyway because he does allow time for your reaction for what you have to say, he goes through the motions and goes through all the disclaimers which you already have read on his website and which you sign before surgery so wastes most of the consultation time which you are paying for! He literally expected me to accept his photo guide which reflected his lack of attention to my initial brief so he changed the guide to take less off, I then emailed to say that I wanted no more volume taken out apart from the bump and reinforced at the day of surgery that I only want the minimal smoothing on the sides and length and he says 'you have to get used to the shock' What shock should I have experienced if I only asked for refining the nose. It was a bad sign.

It gets worse, initially by breathing had improved dramatically immediately after surgery and lasted till about a 10 weeks ago and since then my breathing has been get worse and worse as the nose has been dramatically shrinking. As someone who proclaims to be a specialist on breathing issues would have known to do minimal reduction so as to enable clear airways for breathing, I am suffering every night with a blocked nose that is worse than pre-surgery.

Here's the thing, what is the point of having a better side profile than before and have have such a bad front profile that I can't bear to look in the mirror, he hacked off my beauty I tried so hard to re-enforce my brief but I should have read the signs which I have explained here and not to have trusted him,
