Bridge was completely over scooped and nostrils were left uneven

I am not one to leave negative reviews, nor do I find it easy to do so. I do think Dr Morin is a very kind surgeon. However, due to my experience, I feel I have to share as if I can prevent even just one person from suffering the same fate as me, I can feel better about my own outcome.
I went to Dr. Morin in March 2021 for a septorhinoplasty consult. I was explained that due to my deviated septum being covered by insurance, the operation could not take place in the surgical center but instead in Hackensack hospital. I was fine with this. I was told I would hear back shortly with a surgery date and price.
Fast forward a few months later of my consistent calling, they said I was booked for surgery at Hackensack hospital august 16, 2021 and would have my pre operative consult 2 weeks before .
Flash forward to 2 weeks before my expected surgery date, I arrived only to be told that there was an error on their calendar and there was no time for me to be seen on this day. Instead, I could come back next week.
A few days later I received a call from the office saying that hackensack hospital was no longer allowing elective surgeries to occur due to covid 19, so they had to cancel my surgery date. They were able to squeeze me in on the 17 of august and still have the septum piece covered by insurance, so I was fine with this.
I later learned that Dr Morin doesn’t even perform surgeries on Monday’s, the day my surgery had been booked for. If I had known this pre-operatively, I would have immediately cancelled surgery. It is clear there was something secretive going on.
The bill for my septorhinoplasty was around 27,000, with my insurance covering 10,000. The surgical center actually tried to get another 10,000 from my insurance company, who declined.
Now to the really bad part. I made it very clear I wanted a very natural (in relation to my old nose) rhinoplasty, with just my bump slightly refined and tip defined. I made it very clear I did not want a lifted tip by any means .
I am now almost 6 months post op. Every day for me is more and more painful due to the result of my rhinoplasty. My bridge was completely over scooped, causing my nose to blend in from a frontal view and appear wider. My nostrils were left extremely uneven and my tip over lifted and bulbous. I have thicker skin that takes longer to heal, and dr morin says he does not do steroid injections for swelling. Every rhinoplasty surgeon I have called when booking my revision has said that this is very strange, and all their offices offer this. Dr Morin won’t acknowledge that my nose was not done in extent to what we had discussed , and instead tells me it looks great and to wait a year.
My intention of leaving this review is to in no way to have any malicious intent. I truly just wanted to share my experience. It is very hard for me to live a normal life with my rhinoplasty result, and I hope it can be corrected by another surgeon at the 1 year mark.

Do you have before and after pictures? I was thinking of using him.
Please private message me and would be more than happy to do so
Hey would I be able to see your before and after? I am thinking of having surgery with this doctor.
I'm not sure how to private message but please send me one so I can respond
This is unfortunate. I was thinking of having this doctor do my rhinoplasty revision. My first rhinoplasty resulted in a over scooped bridge too. But, based on your experience, I'll be better off waiting until I find someone else. Good luck
