I paid $15k for him to give me a crooked nose

He butchered my nose. After surgery noticed my cast was on crooked, didn't think anything if it. My nose has sense healed crooked. When it healed, it healed crooked. When I contacted him about it he tired to gaslight me saying it was straight. Until I called him out on it. I did stop getting comments from strangers about what happened to my nose. Because I wear glasses. It has been over a year, but will wait awhile before getting it fixed. Btw, my nose is the exact same shape and size, just crooked. So I paid $15k for him to give me a crooked nose.
As for the support staff, it was a mix of nice and horrendous. The lady that preps you was incredibly rude. She sent my preoperative package to the wrong address and told me to drive an hour to go get it. When I needed an additional prescription She lied to me saying she could not send my prescription to my pharmacy and told me to pick only her options. I told her no and finally got my medicine from my pharmacy. When I arrived for my first appointment, I checked in with a young lady, pretty Asian girl. She let me know I was all checked in and someone would get me soon. Sometime after my appointment time passed a nurse came out and asked thar same person who I was. Her response, "I have no clue who she is and why she is here." It was extremely rude and angry. I was floored. I would have walked out by then, but that $7500 deposit is non-refundable.
