Update-been getting lots of requests to post b4 n after

I just found out how to post the pics, my daughter has helped me figure this out! Again as you can see, my nose is still fat but now with breathing complications. Her surgeries did not help me. I’m sorry but she is rude and not helpful at all. I still have to pay $4500 to ($2,500 deductible for insurance and $1000 for the implants) for the turbinate reduction and for the implants for the collapse. He performed a CT scan said my nose collapsed. And I need implant in addition to the turbinate reduction. If you check the video you will see what has to be done to put the implants in and my insurance will not cover it. I used my life savings and spent over $17k on her setvices alone. I was was full of hope and excited was going to have a new nose. I’m 46 years old...Ive always wanted to fix my fat nose even more with my daughter. I wish she would tell the truth. But she isn’t about helping people. I’m sorry. I wish I could say different.

The first Two photos were before of what I looked like. And what she said she would do for me. She created the photos in her office. The last photo was of me in ENT Dr waiting room. Looks nothing like what she said she would do at all! I wanted to take a photo of my daughter nose so you can see the nostrils too and the inside where her turbinate is huge on one side too! But she wouldn’t let me. She is very quiet, shy and says it hasn’t bothered her breathing much...And does not like conflict.

Not Good and Not Nice

IN MY HONEST OPINION, I trusted her to provide the help I needed not HURT ME. After my initial rhinoplasty, I couldn’t breath. She told me that was normal, use nasal sprays, humidifiers, after a year of suffering not being able to breathe constricted nasal airway turbinates swell at night when I lay down to sleep. She said that because she narrowed my nose, now there was just too much real estate taking up space inside! that my insurance would cover this fix. Her office emailed me to me sign a contract form at my post-op. I refused. Federal Law deems these contracts illegal.I agreed to let them put it on my insurance and they wanted me to take a nasal swab test I told them I would take a Covid test but not the nasal swab test because my nose hurts..she said they would accept the blood antibody test (they never sent the order I had to see my primary care physician to have the blood test done). I shared the negative results they insisted on the nasal swab maybe because I told them I was not signing their non-disparagement agreement? My frustrations, pain and suffering could have been eliminated if she had taken the time to listen or perform the turbinate reduction as is supposed to be done during the rhinoplasty. Common sense, if you are narrowing the outside the insides must follow suit. Instead she told me it’s not her fault, refuses to take responsibility for her actions that I never had before her surgery. I requested a refund. She had staff person to call me just tell me no refunds, that she does not want to talk to me-Totally unprofessional. I spent over $14,ooo at her office on my surgeries! You think she would place health her priority over profit at this point. Dr. Harirchian then called intimidating/THREATENING ME. She said that at my revision surgery that I had signed a non-disparagement agreement, was having her attorney on me for my posts and review of her services if I did not take down my reviews. Told her that it was my right to post factual information, She hung up. The Consumer Review Fairness Act prohibits non-disparagement, or “gag” clauses. Consumers have a federal law to help protect their right to complain about a company in an online review.
