8 months post-op natural looking septorhinoplasty for Middle Eastern nose

I was born with a middle eastern nose, which means my nose had a dorsal hump, drooping and bulbous tip, and a deviated nasal septum. It's always been big for my face, and I've wanted a rhinoplasty since the age of 11. I chose Dr. Mustoe because he is dual-trained in ENT and plastic surgery and because I wanted a natural-looking nose and felt he would be able to give me that based on pictures of patients he'd worked with. I was not disappointed. Dr. Mustoe gave me a nose that is now almost perfectly straight, with a lifted tip, that suits my face.

At our first consultation, he took the time to get to know what was important to me, explained the procedure, and what to expect at length. In fact, given that I changed my decision to keep a bit of the dorsal hump, I had a phone visit with him a day prior to the surgery to go over these details. He was thoughtful enough to bring me printouts of the mock-up the day of the surgery based on our changed plan!

Although my nose is so different, my face has remained pretty much the same (which is exactly what I wanted), so much so that my co-workers have not noted any change (granted they hadn't seen my face for 2 years thanks to COVID).

It's been 8 months now since my septo-rhinoplasty and I'm incredibly happy with the results!
