Alpaslan Yildirim M.D. - Full Healthy Nose Nearly Completely Removed by Dr. Yildirim

Dear Real Self Readers,

To simply tell you what he has done to me and my nose, something I never thought was possible ever in 10million years, but it happened, this Alpaslan Yildirim removed, resected and surgically took out, the majority of my healthy nose, and installed immoveable, uncomfortable, blocky, deformed, distorted and completely disfigured my once beautiful original ethnic nose. Now I hardly have any nose left.

Here is just a list of some of the things he did to me during his surgery on my nose:

1. Removed majority of my septum cartilage which is not healthy or what I wanted

2. Surgically Removed ALL (not some, all) the skin of my nose, the entire fat layer is gone, now skin is wrinkly thin, and has not thickness left

3. I cannot go out into the sun anymore due to excessive surgical skin thinning and cutting out

4. Cut off more than half of my columella for no reason

5. Added rib cartilage to lift up, and over project my nasal tip outward and up into an arrow shape

6. Now diagnosed with a nasal deformity due to his rhinoplasty

7. My U.S. Ear Nose and Throat specialist diagnosed me with nasal valve collapse and confirms it was caused due to this rhinoplasty

8. Breathing has changed significantly, not due to swelling but due to medical diagnosed deformities he has caused me

9. He turned my soft round nasal tip into a sharp, thin, point

10. Excessively narrowed my dorsum and elevated it into an odd super high, raised bridge

11. Narrowed my airway and caused medical issue

12. Severely scarred my nostrils

13. Unable to clean nose inside, as nostrils do not open and forced to use nasal wash device instead of blowing nose and using wash towel in shower like I used to

14. Nose rocks side to side when I try to move it, like a stiff clump of something

15. Septum may have been altered (doctors must operate to see) but this is uncertain

16. Complete change to my nasal anatomy, nose is not fully projected forward into sharp point, no longer soft flexible or feminine like a woman, but now in the shape of a long, hard, block male nose or an arrow shaped nose

17. Unable to enjoy a social life, return to work, go out with friends, go to job interviews, give business talks or presentations

18. He dishonored our talks and agreement for a subtle, natrual, refined nose and completely recreated and reconstructed my nose without my consent or approval

19. Took away all my natural nasal tissues and fully replaced my real nose with all hard rib cartilage

20. Rib cartilage graft is fully visible under the super thinned skin especially in person

21. Rib cartilage graft was sewed on to my forehead and ends at my tip

22. So, my real nose was removed by him, for no medical, logical, reasonable or sound reason

23. Unsafe surgeries were performed on me without my consent or knowledge

24. I was violated at every level as a human being, a woman, an ethnic person, a patient and paid consumer

25. Made too large of an incision on chest wall to harvest rib cartilage (incision should be 2to3cm wide/long; do not let anyone tell you different.

26. Nose feels strange, has little thin skin so it is odd to the touch, also with rib graft replacing my prior real nose tissue, nose does not feel normal at all

27. Columella graft is heavy and uncomfortable

28. paying for circulation treatments, may need nano fat transfer and other corrective surgeries that are extremely expensive and not covered by insurance

There is more. I am forced to start a fund to help me with donations for a surgery here in the U.S. I thank The Lord Jesus that I am able to have surgery for all of this damage, few doctors are capable of repairing this; it was almost irreparable damage done to me.

I went to Istanbul, Turkey as a medical tourist, guest and patient of Dr. Alpaslan Yildirim and came back with a totally damaged, unrecognizable, dysfunctional, medically affected, aestheically disfurged nose. I dealt with severe depression and needed God's help, and He is helping me.

Dr. Yildirim and his team treated me like trash and caused severe injury to me, and impacted my life in such a negative way

Again, I hope you understand without me making any suggestions to you, but this is what he has done to me and my life, he did not apologize, offer to help me in anyway and offered no care for me when I contacted him once I got home to the US after these injuries he inflicted upon me.

I do not want to be out of compliance with Real Self so this is call I can say. see photos

Dr. Alpaslan Yildirim - Literally Cut Out/Off (Removes) The Majority of My Nose out of My Face!!! Literally!

Easygoing313304
The more I go through this horrible life shaking rhinoplasty experience because of Dr. Alpaslan Yildirim's surgery, the more I realize how absolutely sick, twisted and "mental" it is what he purposely did to me. No doctor on Earth cuts off a patient's entire nose in a rhinoplasty! Not one. Except for this one! He's the only one who has brought this level of destruction to human lives. A normal doctor may mess up your nose job, he/she may not take off enough, maybe a bit too much, or may not shape it perfectly, but not one doctor or other person I've spoken to (no physician, surgeon or psychologist, friend, online viewer) has ever heard of a rhinoplasty doctor who completely cuts out a patient's nose out of her face. I read about how Yildirim damages so many faces, noses and lives, for his own reasons in his head, but I still went in desperation! Never again will I be so desperate for something that I ignore the gruesome, sick and abnormal behavior that doctor has displayed or anyone else! If so many are saying this same thing, I I will believe the reputation and steer clear! Because I didn't, I lost my nose, beauty, femininity and ethnic nose shape, even lost aspects of the healthy normal life I enjoyed before, but I thank GOD, I didn't lose my life in this experience, but I could have. Thank you Jesus!

Okay, well you go to him and GET YOUR ENTIRE NOSE CUT OFF! You experience pain, suffering and all sorts of complications and I'll come to your page and tell you yours looks fine as well. And the video has some sort of filter, but even in that IT IS A HORRIBLE NOSE. I didn't pay to have my nose cut off and completely augmented with artifical tissue. Don't come back with you negativity and empty comments! You're not helping patients or anyone.

I hate that these comments were gaslighting your experience. Even if it "looks fine" to them, you clearly and so eloquently expressed not only that your wishes were disregarded but that you now suffer health issues from this rhinoplasty procedure. That alone shows they either didn't read/watch the full video and/or just looked at the photos. Either way, I am sorry this was your experience and I thank you for sharing something so vulnerable. I am very disgusted with how inhumane this situation is. What's the link to your fund? I want to donate. And for whatever it's worth, he didn't take your beauty. I know it's nothing like what you asked for and that you suffer from it, but you are still pretty. So sorry for this. I was considering him but this completely turned me off.

I personally think your nose looks lovely on you!
However understandably it is upsetting as it sounds like he was not able to create the shape and look you desired and specified.
It is clear to see that he raised your bridge and defined the sharpness of you nose, in comparison to your previous procedure. Again I like it on you but ultimately it is your face and ultimately you have to love it.

Also wanna mention that the taping methods were known in the industry well over 30 years ago!
I have many family members who had rhinoplasty in the early 90s, all of which were taped up for several months! As compassionate and professional your previous surgeon was in the U.S.- for whatever lacked common knowledge in the industry. Just fyi no hard feelings. The video was well made thank you for sharing that with us.
Hope your breathing improves drastically!
