This Man is a Magician!

Dr. Gross completed my rhinoplasty, septoplasty, nostril reduction, turbinate reduction, etc. and I am beyond thrilled with my results. My case was not a revision, but I had very high standards and searched for someone who is a double board certified ENT Plastic Surgeon -AND- someone who has done their fair share of revision rhinoplasties... I wanted to ensure the physician I chose would be an expert in both aesthetics and function. Additionally, I knew he would be well-versed in knowing how to proactively tackle or prevent any potential unforeseen complications before they became a major problem. Very few surgeons meet the above criteria, but I consulted with all of the ones who did in the greater Central Florida area. After doing so, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be a patient of Primera.

Unlike other surgeons, he is able to do his procedures in-office and the costs are highly competitive for the service and results he provides. The practice itself is absolutely gorgeous and I received unparalleled service from the very first phone call through the most recent visit.

Dr. Gross didn’t even bat an eye with any of the complex requests I had, whereas the other surgeons I consulted with did not seem nearly as confident and weren’t nearly as communicative, experienced, or personable. Immediately after surgery, I had the ability to breathe freely through both nostrils for the first time in my life.

I still have a lot of swelling, but I was thoroughly impressed with the results just as soon as the splint came off. I’m looking forward to seeing his artistry really shine through over the next few months.
