Great Doc: I Had a Subtle, Believable Male Rhinoplasty
WORTH IT$16,000
In my procedure, my tip was brought in and slightly narrowed. Consequently Dr. Markarian also performed a slight narrowing of the bridge in order to be proportionate. Please see the attached images.
As for the man himself, I think Dr. Markarian is smart, kind man who's skill with people is only surpassed by his skill with a scalpel.
As of writing, he has a general rule that he doesn't like to do photoshopped mockups since they're often not perfectly representative of the final procedure. I think that's commendable because I don't think any doctor can guarantee a photoshop will become reality, and thus, I think other doctors risk overpromising.
At the same time, that does mean that it's necessary to ensure you two are fully aligned on what you're looking for. I recall I had a bit of a laissez-faire attitude towards what I wanted (trusting more in his eye than my own) that I doubt is too common when considering such a serious procedure. Dr. Markarian emphasized repeatedly that the change would be subtle and natural. He was right on both accounts. I think I could have gone more dramatic in hindsight, but hindsight is always that way. Overall, I'm happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone.
