Lovely Lady, Shame About the Office Staff
Dr Badia was lovely, of all the doctors I spoke to she was the only one who asked questions about how I would tell friends and family, and who would be there to look after me as I live on my own (all the other doctors implied I would be keeping it a secret). We talked through different techniques and agreed on one that, although would take longer to heal, would have more accurate results. The appointment ended with us discussing dates.
The office staff however, were a completely different experience. Firstly, they said that Dr Badia had declined my surgery, which was definitely not how the appointment went. Instead of taking 2 mins to verify this with Dr Badia themselves, they want me to pay £200 for another consultation so I can have the original conversation all over again. Even before this, emails would be left unanswered for weeks until you chased them up. Appointments were regularly rescheduled without telling you, or just changed assuming you could make any time during the middle of the work day.
