WORTH IT
I had nose surgery Feb 2023. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tamayo Castillo’s team.
I did travel to TJ solo. The staff’s professionalism lessened my anxiety related to traveling alone. Surprisingly, his team was the most communicative that I’ve ever worked with. That’s saying a lot since this isn’t my first cosmetic surgery!
I am an only-English speaking person. However, there were no barriers to receiving exceptional care. His bilingual assistant offered assistance every step of the way. The sense of urgency when responding back to my calls/text messages provided me with a sense of relief. Dr Castillo’s assistant maintained frequent contact with me for several months prior to the procedure. Even after the procedure, she continues to reach out to see how I’m doing.
As a bonus, Dr Castillo corrected my snoring issue. I had no idea I had an issue until my husband noticed the immediate improvement upon my return home.
