I'm in love with my nose

i got a rhinoplasty from Dr. West about 3 weeks ago and it's healing so nicely. it's supposed to be swollen for at least a month (with 80% of swelling gone by month 2 and the remaining 20% takes a full year)

Dr. West goes over everything he believes would benefit you and takes an individual approach with each person's unique nose. i could tell he wasn't one of those plastic surgeons that just puts the same nose on every patient. he really understands optimal shape for each nose and what he needs to do to enhance it. when i woke from the anesthesia, he told me "your nose is spectacular" and he did not lie. i am just so impressed.

i liked my natural nose but my septum was deviated and my bulbous tip was so sensitive to angles and lighting. most pictures came out so bad cuz of the way my nose would catch the light. so i wanted a tip refinement and
i already see the shape and refinement and i'm just so pleased with what he did. i still look like myself just more in balance. i'm so happy i did it.
