I Love my Nose!
WORTH IT
My husband found Girin from a search result on ChatGPT, Google and the Unni app. we had a Zoom consultation for facelift, necklift and rhinoplasty.
From the beginning, Dr Han provided a thorough and thoughtful recommendation based on my facial structure and goals. She was calm, confident and reassuring. She listened to my concerns and provided recommendations that aligned with my goal of achieving natural, balanced results rather than anything overdone.
I liked Dr. Han’s demeanor, and especially her vibe.
I was a bit skeptical though even after our zoom consultation. But at the end we decided to go ahead and schedule our visit to Seoul.
I chose to undergo a facelift and rhinoplasty and breast implant for deeply personal reasons. I had never felt fully comfortable with my nose, especially after a car accident in my teenage years that affected both its shape and how I felt about my appearance. Over time, I also wanted to refresh and restore my facial contours. This decision felt like giving myself something I had postponed for years—a meaningful gift to myself.
On the day of surgery, everything was very well organized and structured. The team guided me step by step, which helped reduce anxiety.
Before the procedure, Dr. Han and Dr Soon met with me to confirm the plan and ensure everything was aligned with what we had discussed. Her approach was composed and reassuring, which made a difference going into surgery. I loved when I heard she said, ‘I’ll take care of you ok?’
As for Dr.Soon, he’s rather quiet but he answered my every question and understood what I wanted for my breasts.
Into the OR. The medical staff were attentive and efficient. From preparation to the operating room, everything felt coordinated and handled with care. They work at fast pace.
I felt that I was in experienced hands throughout.
When I woke up, I was monitored closely, and the staff continued to check on me to ensure I was stable and comfortable. The immediate post-surgery care was supportive.
Overall, the surgical experience itself felt safe, smooth, and professionally managed.
Recovery has required patience, as expected with both facelift and rhinoplasty as well as the breast implant. Surprisingly NO PAIN at all for me
The only part that was super uncomfortable was the first 24 hours where the stuffed some gauze up to my both nostrils. Then for the next 3 days with the nose splint.
Of course, There has been swelling, tightness, and some discomfort on both face and chest areas, but everything has felt manageable. Another thing that I’m currently experiencing is the itchiness around the ears. It can be disturbing.
Even though I am still healing, day 20 - I can already see changes that make me feel more comfortable day by day, and aligned with myself. This journey has been both physical and emotional, and I’m very glad I made this decision.
