Love my New Nose Beyond Words!!!

I went into my consultation with Dr Smith with an idea of what I wanted - I wanted the bump removed from my nose and the tip reshaped. He said he could absolutely do that, and suggested that we could make the nose even smaller and also rotate the tip upwards. I didn't even think of these two things (I hadn't done a ton of research into what was possible with a rhinoplasty), so when he suggested these two things and showed me the morph I was absolutely in love. Dr Smith took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my question, and was very realistic and honest with me about my expectations. He didn't promise me a perfect nose, he promised me a better nose. I understand there are certain limitations with cosmetic surgery and I appreciated him being honest with me that my nose will never be perfect but he promised he could improve it which is all I wanted. I felt absolutely confident in choosing him as my surgeon and 4.5 months post-op am still 100% confident in my choice. My new nose has honestly exceeded all of my expectations and I'm in love with the result. It's drastic, but also subtle and still has character to it and most importantly it fits my face. When I look in the mirror I see the person I always believed I was, it truly is the best version of my nose possible and what I always envisioned I wanted to look like. When I say Dr Smith changed my life I wholeheartedly mean that. My confidence has been restored, and I love the way I look now. I no longer have to be self conscious about people looking at me from the side, or posing a certain way in photos - I can live my life without constantly thinking about my nose.

I was extremely nervous going into surgery day, but after meeting with the surgical team and Dr Smith before surgery I felt incredibly calm and at ease. Everyone was so kind and made me feel safe and in the best hands. I could breathe out of my nose immediately after surgery and had VERY little bruising and swelling. I got a call a couple hours out of surgery from someone at the office and they were so kind and made sure I was doing okay and had everything I needed. It was overall an extremely positive experience and I would recommend Dr Smith to anyone who is looking for a rhinoplasty.

Thank you Dr. Smith for giving me everything I wanted and more, you truly exceeded my expectations for what my nose could look like. I know I still have a long way to go in my recovery, but I already love my nose and am so grateful that you did your absolute best work on me.
