Came from Los Angeles - 100% Would Do It Again

I went to Istanbul to see Dr B and get fat transfer to breast and also septoplasty/rhinoplasty. This is an update, 5 months (excuse the SPF on my face!) Love my nose. Still swollen internal and external but going down! Also here is a body (lipo and boobs) update. I did lose a lot of fat from breast but its fine, I still like them!

I came to him all the way from Los Angeles. Sure, I’m in the land where I can get the best work done and he is not the cheapest, but I wanted to get my boobs done via fat transfer as well as a rhinoplasty at the same time ! I found a Doctor Who is an expert in both things with dr. B! The only downside is not getting to meet the doctor before the surgery but when I met him the morning of I was totally reassured I was in good hands. The surgery went fantastic. The hospital is more then five star. I felt so well taken care of and I was in contact with the nurses and staff every single day for about one month before I got there. I had tons of questions! I barely had any pain after my fat transfer to my boobs and rhinoplasty/septoplasty. So little pain in fact I did not even need narcotic medication after! Also NO SCARS :)!!! And I’m African American and I scar easy. Just some basic Tylenol. I visited the doctor every other day until I left and I’m pretty astonished at how fantastic my results are. I will post pictures of my rhinoplasty a few weeks when it’s healed more but the new shape of my breast and nose is amazing. It’s pretty drastic so I’m still getting used to my nose but to see myself without a bump is awesome! He also did sinus / septoplasty which I’ve been needing all my life! A great first experience with surgery. Going back when I need anything else done and recommending to my friends.
