1 year post-op - have loose skin inside nose on both sides

I’m wrote a brief post about this Dr back in 2018 (he had no RS profile than). My nose is awful!!! & He has a long list of people who he has botched, please read my post.He left lose skin on the inside of my nose ON BOTH SIDES, I can’t breathe through my left nostril, the skin is just hanging in my nose, I use a q tip to move the skin so I can breathe. He used ear cartilage in my nose but on the left side my nostril has semi collapsed & the cartilage slips out of place all the time (I have to put my finger in my nose & push it back in place) My nose is slanting to the right, it looks so wonky. My nose is way to big especially at the the tip.His assistant sent my pictures the day after, you know those pics they take whilst your on the operating table, they provided only side profile pics which I loved, I asked for front pics & was ignored.The initial consultation was blah, he & his assistant sat there counting money (it was weird) I should of ran at this point.The worst was getting my cast removed. I had an appointment with the Dr to have the cast removed at 2pm the day before my flight I arrived 10 minutes early, sat, waited & wasn’t seen until well after 7pm. He walked past me several times, never acknowledged me once. I got super irritated & messaged his assistant who claimed he was doing an emergency surgery??? It literally got dark & had 2 other Drs approach me to see if I need help as I had be waiting for hours. In the end his assistant was the one who removed the cast, revealing a big wonky nose, instantly I knew why the front view pics were never provided lol. Dr Ahmet then arrived for a picture & was extremely proud of himself.I went back to my hotel & have been dealing with this nose ever since. I have now found a Dr who I trust to do a revision at the cost of 9000usd. I had surgery in Turkey before having rhinoplasty with Dr Ahmet & the experience was completely different. Turkey is a great place to have surgery, there are many super qualified doctors & the people are fab, don’t let this review put you off. I stayed at Ramada plaza by Wyndham, great hotel, great staff, lots of restaurants near by.To sum I would definitely advise you look for another DrPs my surgery was September 2018 but I use a date with the last 2 years to post
