Long Term Results Unfavorable

Overall my experience with Dr. Portuese has been less than favorable. I went in for a primary rhinoplasty in April of 2022 and was not happy with the end result. Not only was a left with what is called a saddle nose deformity my breathing which was supposed to be fixed during the surgery is not any better than before. When I contacted his office about speaking to him about a revision or what I could do with these concerns I was told I couldn’t come in for an interview person visit but he preferred to see photos first. After waiting a week as he wasn’t in office I got a short reply from his office assistant informing me there was nothing he could do to fix my tip deformity and could fix the mild bump that was still left on my bridge from his first surgery. I know other people have had good results but also be aware of the not so stellar ones as well. Reading back through the reviews I do see a lot of consistencies of negative surgeries around the 2022 mark. The wait in asking for a revision or help was due to having a infant at the time of surgery and also giving myself time to fully heal afterwards.
