- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.
BEWARE: My Life is Forever Changed from This Surgeon
Don't go by Tik Tok followers or content that is clever or funny, find a surgeon with integrity and ethical values that does not view patients as a quick cash grab. Do yourself a favor and think again before consulting with Dr. Charles Lee. I'll regret this for the rest of my life.

We take all reasonable steps to remedy unfavorable outcomes and our policy is to not assign blame regardless of fault (either the patient’s or the surgeon’s) but rather correct the situation in the form of revision surgery without a surgeon’s fee. Not every surgery goes perfectly. In your case, it would be important for you to also share with our readers 1. how severely deviated your nose looked prior to your surgery with me, 2. how many prior multiple prior failed rhinoplasties/ nasal fractures you may have had; and 3. what procedure(s) you may have undergone with other surgeon(s) during your healing process that directly can impact nasal healing (without notifying the office). Finally, you posted scars from removal of a breast(s), and not that of rib harvest, which was hidden inside the scar. Your situation illustrates the importance of maintaining reasonably close follow-up with your surgeon in the early post operative period.
