Had to get a revision
After a botched surgery from Dr. Buonassisi, I eventually had to get a revision. Here are my "before" pictures from my revision that show the primary rhinoplasty Dr Buonassisi did. As you can see there is a horrible deviation, my nose is far too long and droopy, and there is my new surgeon confirmed that there was a lot of scar tissue inside that destroyed the inside of my nose. Dr Buonassisi never provided me with proper aftercare instructions either which I believe worsened my nose over time. I could not even breathe properly these last few years and it was torture.

The cost of my surgery was very expensive. I felt pressured into making minimal change for the extreme nose that I had prior to the surgery. The nurses were often condescending and now I have a deviated septum and they were dismissive and kept telling me it looks great. There were also very long reply times when it came to emails. Now I need to get a revision rhinoplasty to actually get the nose job I wanted, along with fixing the deviated septum and removing the sheer amount of scar tissue left behind. This doctor is not worth going to. They have a great social media presence but the actual results for me have made my life a nightmare.

I feel for you... I had a facelift by Dr Andrew Ordon... so bad... cost 26,000 and when I complained everything dropped ... he wanted $9000 more to fool
Me twice! He's not a skilled surgeon but appears on TV as a top plastic surgeon of the Stars... sure he will make you look like a movie star in a horror film. Now in order to get. REAL FACELIFT I have to spend $20,000 more! There are few laws to force these doctors to Accept responsibility for their LACK OF SKILL OR TO RETURN YOUR MONEY THEY ROBBED FROM YOU!
Going to a different doctor... Dr Ordon is a fraud and crook!!!

This worries me because dr Bounassisi is supposed to be a fantastic rhinoplasty surgeon. I've been considering him as my other person I want is in Toronto and has a crazy waitlist. Were your changes that you wanted drastic? Or minimal? I'm sorry you went through this :(

After the dismissive treatment I received from your staff when I tried to raise my concerns about this, I would rather not. I also did not appreciate the lies pre-surgery regarding what could and could not be done to my nose so my trust for you and your team is minuscule.

omg..i'm so sorry for your experience :( absolutely awful and not only did u not get the results u wanted but u also got a deviated septum that wasn't there before. i'm in vancouver too and just got my surgery done from dr. denton and so far i'm very happy. i had considered dr. b but my original nose was quite big and i didn't want a subtle change. looking at his before and afters i felt i wouldn't get the results i wanted so i never booked a consultation. this is so disappointing to see though because he's the top rhinoplasty dr in the city. not sure if you went for a consultation with dr. denton but he is amazing! i'm only 3 weeks post-op and already my nose looks better than what i had. i'm happy to answer any questions or send pics if you're considering dr. denton :)
