International patient from London

I wanted to commend Dr. Soylu and his team for their amazing work. My experience with them has been outstanding on all accounts. I am one of his international patients from London. I did extensive research for which doctor to choose and settled on Dr. Soylu because of the beautiful aesthetics his noses have, his tailored approach to each patient, and also because he is an ENT. From the moment I met Dr. Soylu, I felt very reassured and knew I was in the right hands. He does an amazing job of listening to his patients and he also took time to evaluate my entire face to fit my nose. The consultation process felt like a collaboration.

The surgery itself and the medical tests also went very smoothly. His team did a great job of guiding me through the process, and it felt nice to just show up and have everything already taken care of from hotels to transfers. My one slight hiccup was having a vein in my hand "manhandled" prior to surgery, but this was done by someone I suspect was a medstudent. Also, there were some conflicting post-op instructions but as soon as I had any questions, I texted Dr. Soylu's assistant who explained it all to me. During recovery, I sent Dr. Soylu several texts to ask questions to which he responded promptly. It was so calming to have my doctor there with me through the process to make sure everything was okay.

I had a very difficult nose with a deviated septum, which many ENTs have told me even before I went to Dr. Soylu. I'm still in the beginning stages of healing with some swelling left, but my nose now looks amazing and like what I asked for. Even better than I wanted, since it fits my face so well!

I am very grateful to Dr. Soylu. If you are someone from abroad looking into it, I would say this may have been a smoother journey than anything I have had done at home. I can't say enough good things about this doctor, and I would recommend him 100%! I am 2 weeks post-op and will add more information if needed later.
