I would like to make a review about my experience with Erkan Soylu. He performed my primary surgery and I am currently postoperative fourth year. I meet him by my friend who had a revision surgery with him and I am glad that. I would like to say that I am very happy with the result. I had a crooked and big nose for my face. I really wouldn't love my nose and couldn’t breathe well because of deviation. I wanted a very natural nose. Nobody understand that I had any nose surgery and I am really happy for this. It is exactly what I wanted and it is very beautiful in years. My whole process was very comfortable, I didn’t had any problems during the process.
When I wanted to see him and get an examination, I was able to communicate easily and was welcomed very warmly despite that many years have passed. He and his team are really professional. I see how correct my decision.
I wanted to make this comment because I am grateful for everything and I hope it will be useful for those who are looking for a true surgeon. I highly recommend him.

I wanted to commend Dr. Soylu and his team for their amazing work. My experience with them has been outstanding on all accounts. I am one of his international patients from London. I did extensive research for which doctor to choose and settled on Dr. Soylu because of the beautiful aesthetics his noses have, his tailored approach to each patient, and also because he is an ENT. From the moment I met Dr. Soylu, I felt very reassured and knew I was in the right hands. He does an amazing job of listening to his patients and he also took time to evaluate my entire face to fit my nose. The consultation process felt like a collaboration.

The surgery itself and the medical tests also went very smoothly. His team did a great job of guiding me through the process, and it felt nice to just show up and have everything already taken care of from hotels to transfers. My one slight hiccup was having a vein in my hand "manhandled" prior to surgery, but this was done by someone I suspect was a medstudent. Also, there were some conflicting post-op instructions but as soon as I had any questions, I texted Dr. Soylu's assistant who explained it all to me. During recovery, I sent Dr. Soylu several texts to ask questions to which he responded promptly. It was so calming to have my doctor there with me through the process to make sure everything was okay.

I had a very difficult nose with a deviated septum, which many ENTs have told me even before I went to Dr. Soylu. I'm still in the beginning stages of healing with some swelling left, but my nose now looks amazing and like what I asked for. Even better than I wanted, since it fits my face so well!

I am very grateful to Dr. Soylu. If you are someone from abroad looking into it, I would say this may have been a smoother journey than anything I have had done at home. I can't say enough good things about this doctor, and I would recommend him 100%! I am 2 weeks post-op and will add more information if needed later.

Dr Erkan Soylu has done an amazing job fixing my Nose.
I had my revision March last year, my nose is so beautiful, it was beautiful from the moment the cast was removed.
He does very natural noses ( not the curved side profile)
I meet a girl getting her cast off, When I went for my initial consultation. Her nose was STUNNING she showed me her before pics & I knew I had made the right decision (even though she is white).
He is a very pleasant, professional & honest. His English is not perfect, however I could understand & he has an interpreter there to translate
He under promised & over delivered. His team are 10 out of 10 can’t fault anything.
He operates out of Medipol hospital ( a lot of Turkish Dr are operating in clinics) he has an office & blacked out photo studio there. The room is completely black & they take pictures, that are on the large screens in the operating room, the entire hospital is stunning, you have a private spotless room, the nurses are wonderful everything was perfect.

My nose looks so beautiful a year on. It fits my face amazingly. Everyone everywhere tells me how pretty I am.
The healing process was straightforward.
With rhinoplasty you go through an ugly stage, trust the process.
I still have swelling in the tip ( rhinoplasty takes 2yrs to heal). Even at this stage it’s so pretty.
I can’t remember how much I paid i think it was $8500, non revisions are cheaper.

I booked the package where the sort the hotel & pick ups. I stayed at Centro westside, standard room with breakfast & you can have some stay with you (no extra cost). The hotel was fine, breakfast was ok & so was their menu. Everyone knows it’s cheaper to buy food outside the hotel & there are options but you need to take a taxi, the hotel exists on to a motorway road, the mall is across the road & there is loads of food options

I had a very difficult deformity of my nose with also functional problems. Because of that it was very important to find a specialist.

Ich wurde am 17.03. operiert. Neben der optischen Unzufriedenheit lag bei mir auch ein funtionelles Problem vor, sprich ich hab sehr schlecht atmen können. Daher war es umso wichtiger einem Fachmann zu begegnen. Über meine ärztlichen Kollegen bin ich auf Herrn Prof. Soylu gestoßen. Zu erwähnen ist hier, dass er ein sehr professionelles Team hat. Man wird Schritt für Schritt begleitet. Zuerst erfolgt die Vorstellung in der Sprechstunde, hier untersucht er dich und fragt was für ein Aussehen du dir wünschst und was überhaupt nicht und zeigst ihm 2-3 Fotos von deiner Wunschvorstellung. Er vermittelt einem die Sicherheit, sodass man sich nicht den Kopf zerbricht bis zur OP. Ich bin mit dem Endergebnis extrem zufrieden.

I travelled from England to Istanbul, Turkey on May 8th this year. I had my pre-op tests and appointment with Dr Erkan Soylu at the Medipol Hospital on the 9th of May, and then had my operation on the 10th of May.

I found out I had a deviated septum at my pre op consultation (which is something I had wondered about for years!) so Dr Erkan said he would repair that problem as well as make all the cosmetic changes (lift droopy tip, create symmetrical nostrils, curve the nose, make it shorter, remove boxy tip) to my nose that we had discussed.

All the staff I met at the hospital were lovely, and I have a special mention for Mohammad Joud who assisted me the whole time I was at the pre-operative appointment. Thank you Mohammad!

On the day of my operation, everything went well. I woke up with just a painful throat from being tubed whilst asleep - I barely had any pin in my nose at all! I stayed the whole day and night and was sent home the following morning. The care was great, my boyfriend stayed the night with me in the hospital and the Medipol premises itself is outstanding.

I spent the next six days cooped up in my hotel room. Had some headaches and just felt extremely congested as I had to have silicone tampons up my nose. But I was well to walk around. Talking and eating was a little difficult- every movement pulled on my nose which felt weird! So a bit of advice is to definitely get some food that is not too cheery for the first few days post op! And drink with straws!

Seven days after my operation day I went back to the hospital to have my stitches, tampons, cast and bandages removed which were all pretty painless. I saw my new nose briefly for a few minutes before I went through to see Dr Soylu. Unfortunately for me, I had a haematoma (sounds worse than it is - it’s when a bruise doesn’t re-absorb back into the skin like it should). Dr Soylu drained it for me with a needle and then re-taped my nose. I was told to leave the tape on for a further ten days (to help with swelling).

When I briefly saw my nose, I loved it (despite the bruise!) and Dr Soylu honestly did everything I asked him to do. It’s crazy how my nose looks so different but I still look like me!

I flew home the same night I had my bandages changed. No problems at the airport as I was provided with a letter from the team at the hospital that stated my details and explained I had had a rhinoplasty etc.

I am now nineteen days post op. My tapes are now completely off. My haematoma has gone but my nose is still swollen all over and it is very delicate and tender to touch. However, it’s still looks amazing and is completely different to before - it’s only going to get even better over the next few months as the swelling goes down!

I do have a little bit of white string on my nose tip. I am not sure what it is, but I have messaged the team to ask and will update this when I know.

I will post some photos to compare the before and after now.

In 2017 I got my first rhinoplasty in Istanbul (Turkey). I had breathing problems, but mostly because of esthetic reasons. Right after my first nose job I noticed that the tip of my nose was still very droopy and it became droopier every month. After some timed passed I saw that my nose formed a polly beak deformity. Unfortunately the (first) doctor was very unexperienced and he ruined my nose. After a lot of research I found doctor Erkan Soylu in 2022. What got my attention the most is the fact that he does a lot of revisions and I know that not every doctor has the capacity to perform a revision. But when I saw his work I was very impressed and convinced that he was the only doctor who could fix my nose. Right now my nose looks completely different. He literally solved all my problems. Every time when I look in the mirror I’m in awe. If you consider a revision, please don’t look for a different address. Also, his work is very feminine and natural. He creates big changes but for an outsider hard to see that you underwent plastic surgery cause it looks so natural. He listens to your wishes but at the same time he really knows what kind of nose shape suits your face the best. He is hands down the best surgeon you can find in Turkey (no doubt about that!). His work deserves way more recognition (cause I have the feeling that he is a little bit “overlooked”) but I’m sure his patients are growing everyday. I’m very grateful for the fact that I found him. I can finally say that I have my “dream nose” !

My recent experience with Dr. Erkan was more than perfect. I decided to have my nose job done in Turkey so I started my own research to have a clear understanding about the surgery and to know exactly what I want and most importantly the Doctor who's going to make it. For several months I checked the work of many doctors and their reviews. I felt that Dr. Erkan is the right choice. I had a good feeling even before I meet him . I contacted him and his team .everything was amazing. I met Dr. Erkan a day before the surgery. That day I felt that I'm 100% sure that I did the right decision to have the surgery with him. I did my surgery the second day ,every thing was perfect ! Plus my recovery was going very well.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you my experience about my rhinoplasty surgery process that I experienced with Erkan Soylu. I got to know Mr Erkan thanks to his Instagram account. It was even my twin sister who recommended it to me.Together with my sister, we made an appointment with the doctor and visited him. He gave me confidence that he could make a suitable nose for my face at our first meeting. In this process, we had 3 doctors in mind, but after meeting with Mr. Erkan, we immediately eliminated other options. After our first meeting, we decided to have the surgery and stated that we wanted to get the surgery date as soon as possible. I had surgery a month after my twin sister. Now it's been 3.5 months since my surgery date. I was having trouble breathing, I had a nose with an inverted C deformity, a large arch, and normal skin. Over time, the arch on my nose began to become more pronounced and the tip of my nose began to fall more downwards. I was very afraid of the operation process, but there was never anything to be afraid of. After the surgery, I had no bruises on my face, just like my twin sister. I did not have swelling and pain. My post-operative period was very easy thanks to my doctor. He also shared his personal number with us and we reached him immediately for the slightest problem. I am very happy with the general appearance of my nose and the fact that I can breathe comfortably now. My sister and I both have very natural looking noses. We thank him very much in this process. We will visit him regularly for control purposes for 2 years from the date of surgery. I hope I was able to help those who want to know about him.

Dr. Erkan Soylu performed my rhinoplasty surgery on September 28. I have been uncomfortable with the general appearance of my nose for 3-4 years and for this long time i didn't dare for this operation and i kept postponing it. In our first appointment with my doctor, he also said that my left nostril was closed, that I had been breathing through only one nostril for almost all these years. Now I can breathe much better and I can say that I am very relieved. I couldn't believe my process after the surgery, I had no pain whatsoever. I didn't even have any bruises on my face at all. I survived this situation with only vague yellow spots on my face. I didn't even take one of my painkillers that they said I could use after the operation. Thanks to my doctor, Erkan Soylu, I survived this 2-week recovery period very comfortably. It is quite long in shape, my nose tip was low and my nostrils was very large. Despite all these bad features, Mr. Soylu made my nose exactly as I wanted it, in a very natural way. I was very worried before the operation, I was very afraid that my nose would not be as I wanted. He made me feel very comfortable in our pre-operation meetings and told me not to worry. I feel very lucky to have chosen my doctor as Mr. Erkan Soylu. When he looks at your face, he knows what kind of nose will suit your face, you don't even need to tell him what kind of nose you want! He is a very caring and successful doctor in his field. I would definitely recommend my doctor to those who are considering this surgery Now my twin sister preferred Erkan Soylu for rhinoplasty surgery. looking forward to the day of surgery for my twin sister. Dr. Erkan fixed my poorly operated nose after a bad primary.

He used placed tip and columellar grafts into my nose, and achieved a lovely aesthetic result. Also my left nostrils breathing was finally restored.

It has been 6 month after my revision, I have thick skin and some swelling is still persistent but the overall look is miles better. The front looks slimmer and more symmetrical.

Dr.Erkan is responsive and though his English isn’t perfect, it’s clearly understandable. Also the hospital provides and Enterpreter that accompanies you and is in touch all the time while you are in Istambul and have any queries.

Nurses didn’t speak English but we could communicate through Google translate and they were all lovely. Hospital is on a par or better with than any private hospitals I’ve seen in Europe.

Price was good, I didn’t take the transfer and accommodation option and chose my own hotel.

Payment process was easy as it’s possible to pay with a cart in the hospital the day before your surgery so no need to bring a pile of cash with you to Turkey like many other doctors require.

Still swollen tip but I’m happy overall with my thick skin. Hope it will continue to slim down and show refinement with time. Can finally breath through both nostrils. Hope won’t develop any wonky scar tissue that can hinder my final result.
