Inadequate Aftercare

In the pre-operative phase, I did not feel there was sufficient opportunity to fully communicate my aesthetic goals or share visual references. During recovery, communication felt filtered and constrained, creating confusion and anxiety rather than reassurance. The overall experience felt guarded and emotionally uncomfortable at a time when clarity and support were especially important. Stronger communication both before and after surgery would have significantly improved the experience.
