I was just so desperate to get a perfect new nose—I should’ve trusted my gut

Botched nose job! Please be aware! I'm compelled to share my experience not to bash but to help others avoid exasperating & disappointing results
This is my experience...
If you’re not an influencer or a celeb you won’t be treated with the same care here, you won't get 100%. You’re just a dollar sign. 
Dr. Ghavami recently told me to “contour” my nose, for now, I didn’t pay $10k+ to contour. I’ve had depression and anxiety since my surgery, because of the results and the lack of care. The doctor never seemed to acknowledge my concerns but instead, dismiss them. He never spent more than 10min in a consultation with me. Always rushed & for what I paid I expected a doctor who maybe cared. 
The day after my surgery a nurse told me the doctor said my surgery was “hard”, does this explain the bad results? Why couldn’t he have been honest and said he couldn’t do a good job. I’ve gone to the doctor with my concerns and he’s dismissed them saying my nose looks “adorable.” read the yelp reviews. Read reviews on ratemds! Read the RealSelf reviews page. I wish I would’ve listened to those reviews but I never thought it’d happen to me. I came in with amazing expectations but also realistic ones.
My dream has always been to get my nose job, literally my biggest insecurity. Also getting this doctor was a dream come true for me. I admired this man, meeting him to me was like meeting a celebrity. His social media is just so deceiving. I was so desperate to get my nose done that I didn’t bother looking at any other surgeons. I saved my money being a college student for so long for this. 
From my initial consultation, I showed him my inspiration pictures and assured it would be so easy and that I came to the perfect place. Before surgery I had issues with a nurse who gave me wrong directions on which covid test I had to take, I should’ve taken that as the first red flag & ran. I was just so desperate to get a perfect new nose. I should’ve trusted my gut but I went along with it.
On the day of my surgery, I was supposed to have my surgery at 3pm and it didn’t even happen until 6pm-7pm. Ridiculous. The day after my surgery I ran into the doctor and he only said hello and quickly avoided me. Once again get a doctor who cares. Please save your money there are better Beverly Hills surgeons than him! From the moment my cast was taken off I knew I didn’t like my nose. It looked sloppy and not well done.
Now I’m 7 months post-op with uneven nostrils and I now have a dent on the side of my nose and a bump on the side grew. I went in for a 6 month consultation and he assured me my nose looked adorable and injected my nose with something that caused the dent. I’ve had very few personal contact with him only through chammy which honestly is amazing and the best part of my surgery. She’s great, she’s beautiful & has a pure heart.
Now I’m looking for a doctor to fix my nose. He’ll never admit he went in and put little effort in my nose but God sees all hearts & will handle people accordingly. I have faith, better days are coming in my life & I'm excited to put this behind me. Save yourself the trouble & go somewhere else.
