Disappointed - hump remained, my dorsum is not straight

I am so bitterly disappointed how I have been treated by this hospital. I write this review as a warning for others that are looking to have rhinoplasty done with Dr Kevin Mo at the Matilda Hospital in Hong Kong.

Let me begin by stating that I choose Dr Kevin Mo and the Matilda Hospital because I believed would be in safe hands having surgery done in a clinic in Hong Kong rather than Thailand or Turkey however lesson learned that these countries do in fact offer far superior doctors and facilitates than Hong Kong at a fraction of the cost (I paid $18k for my surgery).

In terms of my issues, from the outset Dr Kevin Mo did not spend enough time understanding my requirements and rushed through the requirements gathering stage insisting he knew what I wanted which was essentially hump removal and lifted tip, the Matilda hospital did not offer any before and after pictures which for the price I paid is shocking. When I recovered from surgery it was obvious that something was off as the hump remained and my dorsum was no longer straight. Fast forward nine months and the Matilda and Dr Mo insist that they have done nothing wrong which I am now taking legal action to hold them accountable. Bottom line, please avoid Dr Kevin Mo and the Matilda when looking for rhinoplasty, they do not possess the correct skill set or equipment to take care of you like they promise to.

I now need to wait for another year to get a revision done in turkey so sort out this mess.
