Due to chronic sleep deprivation , and a genetic predisposition, eye bags developed rather early in my thirties. Surgery was my last resort to effectively remove them after failing a host of costly non-invasive treatments over a decade. Dr Kevin Mo performed a lower blepharoplasty on me under sedation. There was some redness over the conjunctiva and short-lived visual blurring after the surgery. The pain was tolerable on the first day, and pain-free thereafter. Normal vision returned within a week. Remarkably, there was no bruising below the eye, which is to be expected. No sutures were used, as the incision was made inside the lids. I was back at work on day 8, with barely any telltale signs of a recent blepharoplasty, except that I looked rejuvenated ;). My procedure was a success and Dr Mo comes highly recommended. In my opinion, eye bags ought to be tackled surgically, for immediate and effective results.
I had my breast augmentation done with Dr Kevin Mo after have breast fed my three kids and loss of volume meant they needed a boost. After a long and detailed consultation, he knew what size and profile would be best suited for my frame and I was keen on increasing a couple of cup sizes. His knowledge and expertise put me at ease and the op went smoothly. The end result was minimal scarring, great stitching and most of all, my friends are envious of the result. I went from a 32A to a 34C and it looks incredibly natural, feels great and let's just say is a real head turner, I'm not the only one who love the new cleavage nowadays.
I am so bitterly disappointed how I have been treated by this hospital. I write this review as a warning for others that are looking to have rhinoplasty done with Dr Kevin Mo at the Matilda Hospital in Hong Kong. Let me begin by stating that I choose Dr Kevin Mo and the Matilda Hospital because I believed would be in safe hands having surgery done in a clinic in Hong Kong rather than Thailand or Turkey however lesson learned that these countries do in fact offer far superior doctors and facilitates than Hong Kong at a fraction of the cost (I paid $18k for my surgery). In terms of my issues, from the outset Dr Kevin Mo did not spend enough time understanding my requirements and rushed through the requirements gathering stage insisting he knew what I wanted which was essentially hump removal and lifted tip, the Matilda hospital did not offer any before and after pictures which for the price I paid is shocking. When I recovered from surgery it was obvious that something was off as the hump remained and my dorsum was no longer straight. Fast forward nine months and the Matilda and Dr Mo insist that they have done nothing wrong which I am now taking legal action to hold them accountable. Bottom line, please avoid Dr Kevin Mo and the Matilda when looking for rhinoplasty, they do not possess the correct skill set or equipment to take care of you like they promise to. I now need to wait for another year to get a revision done in turkey so sort out this mess.
Motiva mini's would be a very good option for the profile of breast for you body shape. Using asymmetrical sizes will definitely help balance out the existing asymmetry in size between the two sides. The other thing of note is that the breast crease on the left is lower than the right, therefore something would need to be done to balance this out, otherwise without doing so the asymmetry will definitely be further enhanced.
From the photos it would seem you would benefit from breast augmentation. The surgery would give you fuller breast shape and provide the lifting effect you desire. Given your current size, I wold recommend you consider Motiva Mini's which would give you a natural look. With regards to placement, there are the options of underarm, peri-areolar and at the breast crease. Each have their pro's and cons.
From the information garnered on the photo, I believe fat grafting will do little to achieve the look you are looking for. Fat grafting may be able to increase your upper pole fullness, but the main reason for the lack of upper pole fullness is due to the descent of your breast tissue. I would suggest a breast lift to achieve upper pole fullness. This will be able to restore the upper pole fullness, as well as giving you rounder and perkier breasts. Consult a plastic surgeon and have a detailed examination, you may benefit from an augmentation mastopexy (Breast lift & implants)
