One year later I'm stunned how natural my nose is

Before I went to Greco I met with 2 other surgeons that made me put this surgery off. One was promising me the world with a 'closed rhino's which after doing research I realized was impossible since mine was a complicated case - I had a severely deviated septum, a hump on my bridge and a slumped/rounded tip. The other surgeon was supposed to be one of the best in England and wrote books and gave lectures on rhinoplasty; he told me he couldn't achieve the results I wanted as I had fine skin and it would be dangerous to break my nose in the right place without it showing thru.
It was my mom who originally recommended Greco to me. He is an attentive listener and is boasting with confidence. The problems I was told beforehand he told me would not be a problem and he went into more specifics of what he would do with me than the previous two surgeons did. His exact quote for my situation was "fine skin means no sin" and he really can stand by what he says.
Everyone at the office was kind and always welcoming, I'm not the best with needles and they made sure I was calm and the recovery was not nearly as bad as I had imagined. After a week I was able to go about life normally without any extremities.
It's been a full year since my surgery and for anyone who might be reading this - rhinoplasties are a very serious and technical surgery! It's scary to think I almost went with someone else or listened to surgeons who told me very different stories. He also did my mom's nose which was a very complicated case (her bridge was collapsing). He does it with ease and attention to detail and happy to say me and my mom are breathing better and looking better than before. Thank you!
