Horrible Results, Careless Doctor, and Unprofessional Staff

I've gone on a few consults and a some of the doctors have told me that they cannot help me. I went to Dr. Bared and Dr. Bustillo in Miami and they both said that they wont be able to help me. There is a chance I might need rib to fix Dr. Waynes mess. I have another consult in Miami and am considering someone in California. I honest to GOD wish I never went to Dr. Wayne.

You can also research Turkish doctors for revision! Check Suleyman Tas, Bora OK, etc.
Have you considered consulting with Richard Davis in Miramar, FL? He did my revision and I'm very happy
Out of curiosity what was your issue when you went to Davis? Did your nose look similar to Karen's?
I had a short over-rotated nose and nasal valve collapse. I have a post on here with pics. I mentioned Davis because he does a lot of revisions. When I was in the consulting phase I asked each surgeon what percentage of their cases were revisions and I remember Davis having one of the highest numbers with around 40% if I remember correctly. Not that this is a guarantee of good results but I think complicated revisions shouldn't be attempted by just anybody
Wow! I'm so sorry you ended up with an unsatisfactory result. It just shows that every doctor has his or her failures. I would not recommend Davis as Wayne fixed my Davis revision, but others have had good results with Davis. Calvert in California has fixed a lot of the major doctors' revisions with great success. I would have consulted with him had I not chosen Wayne. Le in Maryland is also a strong revisionist. You need a surgeon who works with grafting. "Revision" is a broad word as many are taking away from the natural nose as other doctors didn't do enough. Working with grafts and rebuilding is a specialty many surgeons are not capable of even if they are known for nose work. I would also say that Reisch in NYC is worth consulting with. I couldn't get a return call from his office, but others have had great results with him. I wish you much success. Keep us posted on how it goes.
Also, why did the doctors in Miami say they couldn't help you? What did they say was "unfixable" about your nose?

C curve, crooked nostrils

The entire nose looks like the letter C and a bump on the side. The nostril is crooked too, it slants. Tip goes to the side. Its a completely crooked nose. Such a disappointment the way he handled it. If i had known he was like this then I would have gone to someone else.

Yes I see what you are talking about.I have no idea what to do now :-( Dr Wayne was number one choice. Oh well I have purchased my plane ticket and booked hotel, 500$ paid already on travel expenses so might as well go and see how Dr Wayne feels about my nose. Such a roller coaster, only school is keeping me busy and does not let me be completely down but I live with the hope my nose can be made normal looking. I wonder what happened in your case his Instagram pictures look so lovely.

They look lovely because they are. I get people have bad experiences, but the majority do not. This is the first negative review I have ever seen. Don't let that outshine all the good ones. He does great work and the pictures speak for themselves. Please go look at my review and photos.
Ugh he's been my number one choice too:(( please keep us updated on when and how the office staff and him handles this all!!

Thank you for sharing. I know it’s sometimes difficult to share pictures, so I’m sure everyone appreciates it. He was my number one choice as well... And I have no idea what to do, or who to trust anymore. Are you considering a revision?
I feel so bad for you for dealing with something like this but this is such a different experience then anyone I have known who has used Dr. Wayne. If I had any issues at all they were super fast to respond etc. I completely understand there was a possibility of some issues that could happen due to surgery but how you are describing their operations is mind boggling to me. Maybe they have made changes in the practice because of you? I am not sure... I was taught to kill people with kindness so maybe my treatment was a reflection of the way I treated Dr. Wayne. Either way I hope that you get everything taken care of and you end up with the nose that you dreamed of.

Before

These are some i could find of my before. It never curved to the side like it does now. I emailed the staff asking for all of my paperwork and never received a response back so i dont have the office before photos.

I think most are interested in pictures from after the surgery/now.
Yes please may we see more pictures from after the surgery. For me it is super important in forming my decision I will not be able to take a third failure too well. I need a really skilled doctor this time.thank you so much!
Its your life, its your nose. I'm sharing my personal experience. If you end up going through what I went through then at least you were aware.

Omg-somewhat similar issue I’m having from another doctor. Check out John Shamoun in Newport Beach-he just fixed my friend’s nose and it looks FABULOUS. Likely who I’ll be going to for revision.
