Patiently spent a couple hours going over all my questions, concerns, and desired outcomes.

I had a septo-rhinoplasty with a nasal valve collapse repair. Desired result was mainly deprojection and lowering the bridge, she did also recommend tip refinement and straightening a hump/curve while adding a supratip break. My nose is boney, narrow, and thin skinned... also you could see the cartilage split in the tip, which was boxy. Functionally, one side closed while breathing in. My concern was that the procedure would widen my nose or look "scooped" vs straight.



She corrected the collapse, brought together the tip cartilage, corrected the boxy tip to be more triangular, deprojected the nose and brought down the radix while keeping the straight shape I preferred.



It is aesthetically more balanced, Functionally improved, and so natural that nobody would know... looks like I was born with it.



I am now 3 months out and will update at 1 year for full results.
