My nose is literally perfect - wish I had done this years ago

I went to Istanbul all alone and thanks to the doctor and his assistant, I managed to navigate the healing process with ease. My nose is literally perfect, I wish I had done this years ago! I’m getting so many compliments and have so much more confidence now! I had swelling in the first 3 days, after which it gradually disappeared.
