Before, during, the day the cast came off, and now-healed.

I searched for years for a Dr in Texas who's work I liked enough to even think about following through with a Rhinoplasty. There's plenty of "Instagram doctors" out there to look at, but none who's work I thought looked natural and consistently good. Thousands of google searches I found Dr.Apostolakis and was impressed with the before and afters on his website. Something to think about here is a good doctor probably doesn't have to advertise on IG.. Anyways, I had a nose that I felt was too big and not proportional to my face. I had a small bump on the profile and it veered to the right. Those things didn't concern me so much, as I just felt it was too projected outwards for my profile. I learned to live with my looks as a whole, but fell in love with Dr.A's work. I was convinced! And I'm so happy I did! I feel so much more feminine and don't worry about how my nose looks on my face. He did a lovely job making it look more straight, less projected, and even. I love my new look and new found freedom of not caring about a feature I had no control of. The healing process was shockingly better than I could ever have hoped. I understand everyone has different pain levels but the medication must have been real good haha. I only took the pain meds about two days(?). I didn't swell or bruise too bad like some photos I had seen on some people's journey. I did take Arnica and drink a ton of green juice hoping it would help. I felt perfectly fine during the healing process. No discomfort, but I did have the sensation of my nose "healing" or feeling different in some way. It's hard to explain. After a week, the bruising was nothing but a sliver under my eyes and the cast came off! I was very pleased! It's now been three months and any sign of swelling that I can tell seems to have disappeared. Oh and during the consultation, before surgery, and the check up Dr.A is very informative. He asks questions and seems to genuinely take pride in his work. Glad I went with him after a couple of bad consultations. Thank you Dr.Apostolakis!
