Already so happy just 8 days after surgery!

I’m just eight days out from surgery and already couldn’t be happier with my decision to have my rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish! I didn’t hate my nose before surgery—I liked it most of the time from straight on, but I was always very insecure with my profile. I avoided people taking pictures of me from anything but straight on whenever possible and even started to get a little self-conscious with people looking at me from the side angle. I thought about having a rhinoplasty for years and even got a liquid rhinoplasty in 2018, but the change for me wasn’t very drastic. I posted some pictures with my natural nose without the effects from the liquid rhinoplasty.
After about a year of going back and forth on whether to go under the knife, I finally decided to book my surgery with Dr. Reish for October 15. I looked at all of the before and afters I could find here and on Dr. Reish’s website and Instagram and was so impressed with the natural, beautiful results he continually achieved. I was so nervous in the days leading up to the surgery, but the procedure itself was quick and seamless and the recovery wasn’t bad—definitely some discomfort but no real severe pain.
I just got my cast off yesterday and I can’t believe how happy I already am with the results. The front view is of course extremely swollen as I totally expected, but I feel like it will look great once it heals. Since I’ve always liked how I look from straight on, I was so relieved when the cast came off to still look recognize myself. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my profile—it already looks like exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t stop taking side view selfies of myself today and looking at them in awe…it’s so weird to have the angle I always hated suddenly be my best!
I couldn’t recommend Dr. Reish more highly to anyone considering rhinoplasty!! I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Can’t wait to see how my nose continues to heal over the next several months
