Great Experience

I had a rhynoplasty with Dr Cagatay on the 15th of January and had a great experience. Arrival from the UK went smoothly but took me a while to find the driver at the airport as i had no internet and so couldn't contact my patient coordinator. Was then driven to the hospital for blood tests and then taken to the hotel after that. My surgery was very early the morning after so was driven there, shown my room (Berfin was very welcoming) and taken for more tests and surgery prep. I then met Dr Cagatay for the first time and discussed the desired changes for my nose. Dr Cagatay was amazing and answered all my questions as well as taking some pictures. After surgery I was looked after by the wonderful nurses in my room and fed delicious food three times a day (i have never had food so delicious in a hospital!). I spent the night at the hospital and then I was driven back to my hotel. While I was recovering i had some questions and they were answered by the patient coordinator so i could put my worries at ease. Few days later i had my follow up appointment to remove the cast with Dr Cagatay and was very pleased with the results (although still very swollen!). Dr Cagatay was very warm and helpful and gave me lots of useful post op and recovery instructions such as retainer, massage, other medication, what to do and not to do (recorded this so i wouldn't forget important stuff!) and what to expect in terms of swelling reduction timelines, appearance etc. The next day I was again picked up by the driver and taken to the airport. Overall a good experience and now I look forward to the healing and final results.
