WORTH IT
I first came to Dr. Robotti in 2024, feeling completely heartbroken and hopeless after 4 previous failed surgeries. My nasal skin was extremely thin and almost damaged because a previous Mersilene mesh had to be removed, my nasal bridge was practically gone, and the tip was twisted. I hated taking photos, my self-esteem was at an all-time low, and to make matters worse, I was struggling to breathe properly.
Before traveling to Italy, I had an online consultation with him. From day one, he was completely honest with me about the challenges ahead, especially regarding my thin, compromised skin and how any graft could easily show. But he gave me hope, reassuring me that he would do everything in his power to help me feel like myself again.
We proceeded with the surgery in February 2024. Immediately—just one week post-op—I could already feel and see a huge difference, and I was thrilled with the results. The recovery was remarkably smooth without any complications, thanks to the doctor and his team, who were exceptionally attentive every step of the way.
After returning to my home country, we stayed in touch via email and Instagram. Despite his busy schedule, he always replied promptly and never left me waiting. Since my ultra-thin skin naturally revealed some very minor irregularities that were slightly bothering me, he honestly recommended a minor retouch procedure under local anesthesia. We had it done 3 weeks ago, and everything is healing beautifully!
