Great Experience

I am so happy that I chose Mr Townley for my rhinoplasty. I had been considering this surgery for many years and attended several consultations with other surgeons, but from my very first appointment with Mr Townley I knew he was the right choice. He was honest, gentle, and realistic in his explanations, never overpromising, and took the time to explain exactly how he would approach the surgery. Naturally, I was quite anxious about the procedure, particularly the anaesthetic. The team kindly arranged for me to speak with one of the anaesthetists, Andrew, who took the time to have a phone call with me. He was incredibly reassuring and completely put me at ease, which made a huge difference to my overall experience.
The aftercare I received was outstanding. Charlotte, Claudia, and the hospital staff were all amazing. Claudia was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and Charlotte was wonderful at advising and guiding me through the post-operative process, always happy to help and extremely supportive. I am so pleased with my post-operative results it looks incredibly natural, which was exactly what I wanted. One of the main reasons I chose Mr Townley was because I had seen his previous work and loved how natural and harmonious the results looked and my own outcome has exceeded my expectations.
I cannot recommend Mr Townley and his entire team highly enough. Their professionalism, kindness and care made the whole experience positive from start to finish.
