I have been wanting to get rhinoplasty since I was about 11 years old or even before that , I’m 25 now and after all of my research I decided on dr grigoryants , I have been following his work for years and feel like he is a great artist and finally raised enough money to afford getting a nose job by him , I reached out to other girls that had their nose done by him and they assured me that they were very happy , during my consultation he answered all of my questions, he is confident and I very much trust him , I just had the procedure done yesterday but so far I can say it was worth it

day of surgery
i have been having a hard time since cast removal mentally because i feel like m y nose is super swollen but like i know this is super normal and i know it will get better i know my doctor did a great job i just have to b e patient and trust the process

Looks really good. What did your before nose look like? If I didn’t know you had surgery I wouldn’t know you have a swollen nose. Took me a long time (6 months) to recognize my face. But it does get better with time.

before pics
these are my before pictures , i was very insecure and unhappy with my side view , and the front was very wide , i learned how to take pictures without it looking completely terrible , of course people tell you it isnt that bad but the way i saw myself i wasnt happy with it im glad i finally made this decision
