I DO NOT Recommend for Rhinoplasty.

I feel that I must write this review, so others are able to make an informed decision when selecting a doctor for a procedure. My ordeal with Dr. Boahene began in 2020, when I wanted to repair my breathing and get rid of the bump on my nose. I had four surgeries in total. After the first one my breathing improved. However, in terms of the look of the nose the bump remained, and the front of the nose collapsed. Dr. Boahene told me that he’ll put in cartilage to raise the nose which he had to do surgically. The second surgery was worse than the 1st. The cartilage was put in incorrectly, it stuck out and to make things worse he enlarged nostrils. To correct the position of the cartilage the procedure was done in the office under local anesthesia. I was able to see his work 1st hand. While in the middle of the procedure he ran out of the room several times to treat other patients. By doing so he forgot to get rid of the bump that was there even before the 1st surgery and the cartilage was put at the tip, so the nose has not been raised despite my urging him to do so. Just in general when we discussed one thing to do he would do the complete opposite. For the last surgery he had to only get rid of the bump, as funny as it sounds he added a second one. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend Dr. Boahene for rhinoplasty.
