I had thought about getting rhinoplasty since I was 17 years old and always decided against it for various reasons - whether I was scared that I wouldn't like the outcome or that I thought it would take away from my uniqueness, or even change my looks that it would remove my ethnicity. At 47 years old, I was finally ready to start speaking to different plastic surgeons - and I met a few. But when I met Dr. Karimi I knew he was the right one for me. He understood what i was looking for - I felt like "he got me." He walked me through what he would do and how it would be done - he was kind and patient - he answered all of my questions and assured me on everything. I felt safe with him. It also was my first time having any surgical procedure but it went without a hitch. I barely felt any pain - maybe some discomfort but totally manageable! He also did a septoplasty and fixed my breathing which is a game changer.

But one of the best things about Dr. Karimi is that he is a true artist - he sees your face and makes you look like the best version of YOU. I am thrilled that I chose him as my Dr. and now wish I hadn't waited as long as I did!
