Dented crooked nose after 2 revisions with dr. Davis
I had very nice 2 hours consultation with dr. Davis. He told me my surgery will be easy fix because was no need to use rib . Everything sounded great. I believe him .
Recovery was tough and long.
I noticed lumps and bumps on my bridge and one nostril was so much smaller.
He told me to be patient and wait.
Use cones to stretch nostril.
Now 5 years later. My nose crooked and dented. No doctor want to operate on me but one .
It is devastating.
He blamed terrible results on my thin skin .

Not happy
I was very happy with my results. After first surgery with dr. Davis end up with dents on my nose and my small nostril that he promised to make larger still small. He explained visible dents that my skin is to thin. And he will correct it with second surgery. As far as tiny nostril that he never made bigger he suggested I stretch by sleeping with plastic piece inside nostril. I did that for many months and it did nothing.
So it is still hard to get air in that side. After second surgery I have bump on my bridge. Very small nostril that gotten smaller over time . I am not happy at this point. And no longer recommend dr. Davis.

I think it’s very sad that you were happy and then a few rude commenters have made you feel unsatisfied with your nose. You look great and it’s a big improvement. People are haters - don’t let them get to you.

Thank you . Yes people can be harsh . And you right I got some improvement . But what you can’t tell from pictures is dents and bump on my bridge, also my small nostril bother me. I really appreciated your positive comments.

I had change my rating to unsure.
I did get some improvement. But over time my smaller nostril seems to be getting smaller. Also the bump on my bridge bother me some. Before revision it was dent . Now it is a bump . Dr. Davis said I have extremely thin skin that seem to be a problem.
I might consider another revision at some future point. Not sure with who.

Seems like your nose is underprojected, but that could just be the angle. It doesn't seem bad though. How long ago did you have surgery?

So your most recent surgery was 3 years ago? Okay, then you're definitely healed. Have you seen any other qualified rhinoplasty surgeons to hear their opinion of the result?
I have not. I know I will need revision at some point.

I agree with groundhogday- it looks like a lack of projection in your tip. If you lost the "bump" your nose would be way too close to your face. Did he use rib on you?
