Extremely Disappointed with Results

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Buonassisi. The clinic overall is nice and the staff are courteous. However, my results are terrible. My nose is crooked and it looks like a potato. In the follow up, Dr Buonassis looked at my nose and agreed that it was crooked. I asked if it could be fixed and he just pinched my nose so that I couldn't breathe and said that this is what it would be like if he tried fixing it. It felt very condescending and like he was brushing me off.

I am extremely disappointed with my results. They look NOTHING like the after photos that the clinic provided to me. I don't know why but I showed my after photos to two close friends separately and their reaction was shock. One friend literally said "But you don't look like this!" meaning that the after photo looks so much better than my nose actually looks like.

Please beware. I am looking at revision rhinoplasty. Unfortunately there are much fewer surgeons who do revisions and they are much more expensive (I was quoted $50k for revision!).

You be the judge though - have a look at my after photo that I took at home. The cartillage is completely uneven on both sides. One of my nostrils is much more visible than the other. The overall shape of the nose is nothing less of a potato.

This is a crap result. I am so sad after putting so much thought, energy and $ into this disappointing result.
