Completely changed self confidence - feel so much more feminized and balanced

Best Rhinoplasty Experience!
WORTH IT
This review is a longgg time coming (sorry Dr. Westreich), but I had to share about my great experience with Dr. Westreich and his team. My rhinoplasty journey began in November 2020 when I was looking for remote consultations. Most other doctors in the area charge hefty fees for a short online call, but Dr. Westreich did mine for free over video call. I sent over pictures ahead of our consultation, and afterwards I was able to take home digitally-altered projections of what my nose could (and now does!) look like. I felt incredibly heard and cared for in that initial interaction, and Dr. Westreich was very accommodating when it came to all my parents' questions.
When I came home from school in November I went to see Dr. Westreich in person for a follow up consultation. The team was very mindful of COVID precautions which made me feel extra safe. Dr. Westreich walked my dad and I through what the procedure would be like, what would surgically happen to my nose, and answered our many questions. My nose, in particular, is extremely fleshy (thick skin) so I had some concerns around that. I was so convinced that he was going to be the best fit for my surgery, so I booked my surgery for about a month out from that appointment. Since we booked same-day I even got 15% off my surgery (I did not receive any insurance coverage)!
Between that appointment and my procedure, we had a video chat with one of Dr. Westreich's team members to give us a complete walkthrough of any pre-op and post-op care that I would need, as well as making sure we had access to all of my required medications ahead of time. This helped to relieve a lot of stress surrounding the recovery process. The day of the procedure was super easy (I don't remember much to be honest haha!) and I came out of surgery just fine. The next week was not the easiest of my life, of course, but Dr. Westreich was available through a text line and phone, which I did use multiple times throughout the week. I highly valued the fact that I was able to keep in close contact with my doctor throughout the first recovery week, as he helped answer many questions and relieve any stress.
After one week of recovery, I went back to the office for a cast removal. I was very swollen, but was already obsessed with my result. And I was able to get on a plane that same day with no pain at all! The following month I kept up with my aftercare and cast wearing at night -- and by the end of month 3, 90% of my swelling was gone. I saw Dr. Westreich at 6 and 12 months post-op where he was able to give me small injections to help with the contouring of my nose (thick skin problems), even though I already was super satisfied.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with this experience. My rhinoplasty completely changed my self confidence and made my face feel so much more feminized and balanced. I cannot recommend this team enough!
