Dr Schmidt was one of the least skilled surgeons I have ever met and least skilled surgeons with the worst bed side manner. Her performed a rhinoplasty on me and I contacted in two or three days later and told him that something was not right, but he ignored me to the point that when I saw him nine days later, I had developed necrosis of the skin and ended having a paramedian forehead flap which has changed my life totally. To the point where I do not want to leave my home and the doctor will not respond to any legal letters and will not respond to any registered mail and has basically just stopped communicating with me which is also known as patient and physician abandonment and there are rules and laws about this.

Yes it was, I saw him on March 20 and had emergency surgery on March 30.
Yes, had to have a second one ten days later!
This was a second surgery in 10 days because I developed necrosis. I tried to inform my doctor but he told me 3 days later that it was fine. Now, I’m permanently scared and disfigured and he simply abandoned me and won’t answer phone calls or medical records request.
Doctors are allowed to get by with more than any other profession other than law enforcement and the reason is that it’s difficult in cost to pursue a legal case and it’s difficult for another physician to go against a physician in their own community, (which is required) called a certificate of merit in the legal field!
