Well here it is! I am over 2 years out and the tip of my nose is just horrendous. Seriously it looks like a beak and hate how it looks from the front and 3/4 view. I didn’t want anything done to my tip, but here it is extremely elongated and droopy. I’m still searching for a revision expert that won’t further botch me and won’t cost me an arm and a leg. I also added a picture of what I wish my nose looked like:(

Dr Mike Nayak. Look him up! He is awesome!
Hey! I'm so sorry about your end result. I would suggest looking into Dr. Naderi. He's in MD/VA
I'm sure you already know this but, when searching for your next surgeon, since it will be revision now, MAKE SURE it is an actual revision specialist that you go to. When I say this I mean, someone who has more than 6 (as I see for everyone suggesting Dr. Nayak) successful revisions a year. Many will call themselves specialists and many WILL be good at primaries, but revision is a WHOLE different ball game... entirely. Honestly, it really should be someone who MOSTLY does revisions. I can't stress this enough.

A good way to find out, with social media being so prevalent now, is to search for and speak to actual patients who have had revision with whoever you're looking into, and see how they like their results. The longer term, the better. You can usually find patients from the Dr.'s instagram page. You may have to search, but take the time to do it. Imo, don't settle for less than at the very least, 10 patients who are satisfied with their revision result. A revision specialist should literally be, someone who mostly does revisions, NOT mostly primary then some revision here and there, but mostly revisions. Good luck on your revision journey.
Go to Profiles in BH. They're so good at revisions and my end result from them looks exactly like your desired photo. It's 2 surgeons & they're both so caring and empathetic; and tailor the nose to look exactly how you want it. I'm 3 weeks out from surgery and already in love
You should definitely check out Dr. Dara Liotta she’s an expert in revision rhinoplasty.

So mad

I’d like to thank Dr Zoumalan once again for destroying my nose . I can’t take pictures from the front because of how awful it looks. Can someone please indicate to me a revision specialist? I’m desperate

Go see Dr. James M. Ridgway in Bellevue, WA or Dr. Paul Nassif in Beverly Hills, CA. Both excellent in revision surgery.
I'm afraid Nassif will put too many spreader grafts in her nose and make it wider, unless that's what she wants, I don't recommend nassif unless he says he can give her the look she's going for without making it wider. Please check Beverly hills and also the bay area.
I’ve heard the same about nassif. Tons of spreader grafts. Do you know anything about him? I heard he wast that great for revisions.
I am so sorry about your nose! Have you reached out to Dr. Z about these results? If so, what did he say? Apparently Dr. Nima Shemirani in Beverly Hills is a revision specialist! Keep us updated!
Hello , so sorry about your experience... looking at the results I was thinking that you might want to try fillers or liquid rhinoplasty to correct it as it is good for filling in gaps and in your case it looks that too much has been taken out on the wrong places . Best wishes I hope you will find a good provider to help .
It’s usually not recommended to inject anything if you are planning on a revision. I have heard it makes it a more complex.
stay away from BH doctors
Why? Can you elaborate?
Because they are overpriced car salesmen. Yes this is my opinion but I went to see 5 and they all were priced so much higher because they can. They were all arrogant and very dismissive with my questions selling you their skills and promises to “make you happy”. I ended up going to one and I now need a revision. All along the way he’s tried to put a bandaid on it and now I’m looking elsewhere.
This is true. A lot of them aren’t even good. I have the same story.

Been over 1.5 years and it just looks so bad from the front

The tip is extremely bizarre looking, the bridge is noticeably slanted with weird shadows, and my nostrils always look flared

It looks like he uses alar graphs to change your nostril shape. I bet it wasn’t flared like that before. I hate how they never tell you exacly what they will do to your face. Also seems like he took off a lot of your tip that hides nostrils.
