A Truly Exceptional Surgeon – Results Beyond My Expectations

I had rhinoplasty with Dr Sim Choroomi at the Concord Clinic on 4th March 2024, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I spent years searching for the right ENT surgeon, and from the moment I met Dr Choroomi in my consultation, I knew he was the person I could trust. He listened so carefully to everything I was insecure about, made me feel incredibly comfortable, and genuinely understood the vision I had for myself.
During my consultation, he created a projected post-op image of what my nose could look like. I still can’t believe how identical it is to my actual result now — even slightly better. My nose looks so natural that nobody realises I’ve even had surgery. When I tell people, they’re genuinely shocked because it suits my face so perfectly. It’s exactly what I dreamed of but never believed I could have.
Before my surgery, I struggled deeply with my appearance. Throughout school I was bullied — everything from bird noises to being called Pinocchio. For years I couldn’t sit at lights in the car without turning my head away from the car beside me, terrified someone might see my side profile. I avoided lipstick, hats, even wearing my glasses because I didn’t want to draw any attention to my face. I lived in constant discomfort with myself.
Walking into Dr Choroomi’s office back then, I felt broken and defeated. Now, almost two years on, I am the most confident version of myself I have ever been. I finally feel like me. The confidence I’ve gained is something I didn’t think I would ever experience, and I owe so much of that to the care, skill, and precision of Dr Choroomi.
Another thing I truly appreciated was how responsive and supportive he was throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question or concern, he would fit me in quickly, reply to emails promptly, and problem-solve anything I needed with ease. I always felt looked after — never rushed, never dismissed.
I can’t thank Dr Choroomi enough. He gave me back my smile, my confidence, and a version of myself I never thought I’d see shine. I will forever recommend him to anyone considering surgery.
