An Exceptional Surgeon – 100% Recommend!
WORTH IT
It’s taken me a few times to write this review as I wanted to find the right words & do justice to Mr Fattah, his team and the work that he does. Hopefully this does the job.
The fear of surgery had put me off many years of getting my surgery done – I 100% mean this when I say going through this journey with Mr Fattah and this team I came out thinking – why didn’t I do this sooner?
I knew from the moment I had my first consultation with Mr Fattah that I was in very good hands.
What immediately stuck me about Mr Fattah was a few things. He is a very personable & charismatic, I felt very at ease speaking with him. He was honest & very good at managing my expectations about options & outcomes, my case wasn’t a straightforward one. Mr Fattah was very through went through everything in detail, the pros, the risks, the how he’d perform the surgery and explained everything. No question was a silly question, I was encouraged to ask as may questions as I wanted and to see him as many times as I needed to before deciding on if I wanted surgery.
Can honestly say I didn’t feel overly nervous, if at all, on surgery day because I 100% had faith in Mr Fattah. Everyone in that surgical team had that magic of just making you feel totally at ease and making you feel like the most important person in the room & looked after. The team were amazing. The aftercare was brilliant, I felt at any point if I needed someone or needed help there was always someone on the end of the phone.
I am almost at 6 months post op & the result is beyond what I could have imagined. I can breathe properly for the first time in I don’t know how many years!
I am in awe of Mr Fattah and the work he does, it’s an absolute art form, so technical and requires so much precision. An exceptional surgeon.
Anyone considering any surgery I’d say be 100% sure about the surgery, if there is any doubt wait & take more time, have another consultation, ask more questions until you feel 100% sure. Also, for me a good outcome comes from have full faith & trust in your surgeon & trust the process.
