I recently underwent nose, eye and facial surgeries at VIP Plastic Surgery in Jeju, and I am extremely grateful for the entire experience and results.
This clinic came highly recommended by a friend, and I also spent a great deal of time researching before embarking on this very personal and difficult decision. It was my first time undergoing cosmetic surgery, and my top two priorities were safety and achieving a natural, refreshed look—nothing exaggerated or “done.”
I am truly glad that I placed my trust in Dr. Lee and Dr. Kim and their exceptional team. Both doctors are highly skilled with an incredible eye for facial harmony while preserving natural beauty. The results exceeded my expectations—everything turned out so natural, and I could not be happier. What I appreciate most is also that both doctors never pushed for unnecessary procedures. They clearly know what is needed and always prioritize patient safety when making recommendations.
I would also like to commend the entire medical team and staff, especially Director JoAnn, who went above and beyond in caring for me. I experienced significant pain during the first two nights, and being alone and frightened, I reached out for help. JoAnn responded to my calls even in the middle of the night and made personal efforts to see to my wellbeing. The medical team also worked late into the night to provide extra care and attention when needed, for which I am deeply grateful.
My coordinator, Julia, along with the front desk and clinic staff including Meky, Julie, the facial room team, and the residence staff, were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Despite the constant flow of patients and their incredibly busy schedules, they never failed to greet everyone by name with warmth, positivity, and a genuine willingness to help. The chefs in the kitchen were equally thoughtful and considerate, taking special care of me during my recovery when I was feeling especially weak.
Last but not least, Eric, the chauffeur, was incredibly friendly and supportive—from picking me up at the airport to driving me to all my checkups, and even acting as the best tour guide around Jeju.
I am very thankful that everything turned out so well. This is truly a clinic that delivers beautiful, natural results while genuinely caring for the well-being and safety of their patients. I highly recommend them.
