Exceptional, Extraordinary, Best-In-Class Hands Down!
I researched for a year and went on few consultations. What set Dr. Sinno apart from the rest was his ability to connect in a way that felt genuine and personal from Day 1 at the consultation. Prior to the consultation I prepared a list of topics and questions that I wanted to be sure to cover with Dr. Sinno. I emailed the questions to Dr. Sinno the night before the consultation and was hugely impressed when he received me in the waiting room saying “I got your email and ready to review all of your questions together” let’s face it, doctors are busy and I fully expected he might brush off or ignore the email altogether; but I quickly learned Dr. Sinno is different from the rest, he’s thoughtful and comprehensive with details in every patient interaction. Our consultation went fairly long but I appreciated that Dr. Sinno did not rush through the appointment or any important details that were key in helping me to reach a decision about surgery. Dr. Sinno patiently listened to the procedures I was exploring and slowly explained each procedure with precision and detail, addressing a range of questions from simple to complex with complete patience until any doubt or concern that I had was alleviated. Dr. Sinno is easy to speak to openly without reservation, friendly and warm personality with no superficial ego or pompousness that you may experience with many other doctors in this field.
Surgery Procedure: I decided to move forward with a Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation replacement surgery. As surgery date came closer, my anxiety was through the roof until unexpectedly I received a personal phone call the night before surgery from Dr. Sinno. At the peak of my anxiety, I couldn’t have appreciated more this simple gesture, a personal phone call from this busy man, a surgeon who probably has a million other priorities but took the time to call me and talk through my concerns to put my mind at ease before surgery the next day. This simple but hugely important gesture speaks highly to Dr Sinno’s impressive personal character, demonstrating his thoughtfulness, kind bedside manner and overall complete thoroughness when it comes to doctor-patient interactions. The surgery went smoothly and later that evening few hours post-op after I had arrived home, Dr.Sinno called to check on me which was yet another important representation of his extraordinary bedside manners. During each step of this scary process, I was comforted by knowing that Dr.Sinno was completely engaged and focused on delivering great results.
Superior Results - The results are amazing, wished I had found Dr Sinno sooner! The Rhinoplasty results are EXTRAORDINARY, every day when I look in the mirror, I am still shocked at the stunning before/after difference of my new nose. Dr Sinno is an expert at crafting the perfectly shaped “cute” nose that all women desire. Before the Rhinosplasty I had a larger nose with a dorsal bump on the bridge, off-center and crooked. The nose that I used to hate and feel self-conscious about, post-rhinoplasty has now become one of my favorite features, I’m obsessed and just can’t stop staring at my new nose! I’m ecstatic with the results, no scars and it doesn’t look “overdone”.
Breast Augmentation replacement surgery procedure was executed well with the healing and recovery going smoothly. Dr. Sinno performed a light breast lift which accomplished the goal of minimal lifting and repositioning of the nipples without scars. Sizing of the implants is something that I wished we would have spent more time clarifying and visualizing better, it was doctor’s recommendation to go up ½ cup size, in retrospect I would have preferred going up at least one full cup size to really see a noticeable difference in volume. We didn’t utilize any technology in the process of selecting the implant size which I think could have helped in the process of size selection.
